Booking and Payment
  • A 30% deposit is required to book the date.
  • Payment is divided into three stages.
    • 30% in the front,
    • 50% 1 month before the day,
    • and 20% 1 week before the day.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a 50% fee.
  • Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 100% fee.
Working Hours
  • Adhere to the working hours specified in the selected package.
  • Additional hours can be negotiated and will incur extra charges.
Force Majeure

Unexpected events beyond control may alter the terms, depending on fair adjustments.

Transport and Accommodation

For events outside Malang, the client will cover the transport and accommodation costs for the Widu team.

Delivery and Ownership
  • Delivery is maximally completed within 90 days.
  • Ownership of delivered materials is transferred to the client.
Editing and Revisions
  • Minor revisions are allowed within two weeks of delivery.
  • Major revisions may incur additional charges.
