Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 100% fee.

Adhere to the working hours specified in the selected package. Additional hours can be negotiated and will incur extra charges.

Unexpected events beyond control may alter the terms, depending on fair adjustments.

Transport and Accommodation

For events outside Malang, the client will cover the transport and accommodation costs for the Widu team.

Delivery and Ownership

Delivery is maximally completed within 90 days. Ownership of delivered materials is transferred to the client.

Editing and Revisions

Minor revisions are allowed within two weeks of delivery. Major revisions may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to use documented materials for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise.
